Incedym Universal started from a simple observation, seen twice in two very different settings: a college lab sitting empty every evening, and an electrician who's free right now but has no way to tell anyone nearby. Different industries, same shape of problem — supply exists, but it's invisible at the exact moment someone needs it.
That pattern became two platforms. ResourceGrid makes idle institutional assets discoverable and bookable. ServeNow makes real-time provider availability visible to the people looking for it right now. Both are built on shared architecture, and both are built to the same standard: multi-tenant, country-agnostic, and designed to handle real money safely from day one — even while pricing starts at zero.
We measure our platforms by one question: did this make something that already existed easier to find, trust, and use? Not "did we create demand out of nothing" — the assets and the providers are already there. Our job is to make the connection between them fast, trustworthy, and simple.
Incedym Universal does not build software for hire. We design, build, and operate our own platforms — ResourceGrid and ServeNow today, with more to come as the same underlying architecture proves itself in new categories. Everything we build is meant to be run for years, not shipped and handed off.
Both platforms share one technical foundation: containerized services, row-level multi-tenancy, and infrastructure that's reproducible from a laptop to production.
Currency, payment gateway, language, and tax handling are configuration, not hardcoded assumptions — either platform can launch in a new country without a rebuild.
Neither platform ever holds customer funds. Every transaction runs through a licensed split-payment processor, with the platform's share automated, transparent, and configurable.
Incedym Universal is built by a small technical team spanning product, engineering, and infrastructure. The same people who design each platform's architecture also ship its code and operate it in production — there's no hand-off between deciding and building.
